Jennifer Nuessner, PA-C
Jennifer was born and grew up in Columbus, GA. She graduated from Columbus State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration with emphasis in Health Services Administration. During her college years, she worked in public service for 3 years as an EMT on a 911 ambulance for the City of Columbus, GA.
Jennifer’s dream in college was to become a licensed Physician Assistant (PA). In 1997 she married her best friend, Scot, and they moved to Fort Worth, TX where Jennifer later attended PA school. In 2007 she graduated from University of North Texas Health Science Center (TCOM) with a Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies. The couple moved to Austin, TX in 2011 with their 3 precious children, Madison, Lauren and Ridge.
Throughout Jennifer’s career, she has had PA experience in Primary Care, High-risk Ob/Gyn, Orthopedic Spine Surgery, Urgent-Care and 12 years in Pain Management. She prides herself on creating a judgment-free space to provide quality care.
Jennifer is seen by her patients as approachable, supportive, and fun-loving. Her love of people is seen in her dedication to her patients and her family. Jennifer’s work focus is in the pain management setting, helping each patient find a more fulfilling life without the burden of chronic pain. When she is not working, she enjoys kayaking, eating Tex-Mex, and spending time on Lake Houston with her family.
